Please return your order to the original retailer to seek advice on the stores returns policy or alternatively please return your item to Customer Service Department, Wahl (UK) Ltd, Sterling House, Clipper Close, Ramsgate, Kent. CT12 5GG along with a copy of your proof of purchase, your address details and a covering note to state the fault with your item.

A. Yes most blades can be sharpened, we offer a blade exchange service in which we swap your blades for pre-sharpened blades; this enables us to offer a 24 hour turnaround, please see the below link for more information on our blade sharpening service.
